Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days from the day you order, and that includes the time we need to pick and dispatch. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel ships.

Occasionally a parcel runs late, usually because of customs, courier backlogs or severe weather. If yours has not arrived within 20 business days, email us and we will either track it down or refund you in full. You should not have to chase us.

Every order ships tracked. Your tracking link arrives by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. It can take 2 to 3 business days for the first scan to appear.

We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, so please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will resend it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not with you, tell us within 7 days. We will investigate with the courier and make it right.

Orders delivered outside Australia may attract import duties or taxes set by your local authority. These are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
